I had an amazing time at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with prices that were more than affordable. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities provided, like air conditioning and a cool bathtub in the room, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The rooms were cleaned meticulously every day by the housekeeping staff. What's even better is that breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Friendly staff, free tuktuk, convenience.

Too noisy during the night. There is an open air disco opposite to the Hotel, from evening till 2 or 3 am, the loud music is killing us. Complained to the hotel staff, they said there is nothing they can do about it. The next morning, they offered 1 hr complimentary massage and changed our rooms to back side of the hotel. They said that it's quiet in the back side. We took their words and didn't move out to another hotel. Guess what? The same noise level at the night again! Would never never recommend the hotel to any one.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With clean and tidy rooms, including a nice modern bathroom, it offers basic amenities such as air conditioning and a bath as well as shower ensuite. I particularly liked that some rooms are located on the first floor near the pool. The hotel's location in a more quiet neighborhood, but still between a few nightclubs, is also a plus. The breakfast included in the price is generous, with bigger portions that satisfy your appetite.

The hotel was noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. some of the facilities advertised were not available, like the free shuttle to the city center.

The hotel is located outside of the tourist area, which provides a peaceful and quiet environment. it is worth noting that it is close to a street where motorcycle sounds can be heard until 1 am everyday, which might disrupt your sleep. It is also away from the temples, but the hotel offers a free tuk tuk service to the city and Angkor Wat. the rooms are nice, with comfortable beds and large bathtubs. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing free tuk tuk services to the airport and city.

The air conditioning in some rooms might not be as cold as desired.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and made me feel right at home. They quickly checked me in and the welcoming was very nice. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool that overlooks a beautiful river and tall trees. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great - just outside the city center and close to the museum. It was a short tuk-tuk ride to the market and the famous pub street, which is actually just a general street called pub street. The breakfast prepared by the chef was traditional and delicious. the cleanliness, transportation options, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of this hotel.

Spent xmas here and had a great time. The hotel had a lovely ambience and the staff were friendly. Loved the pool area and the free tuk-tuk service to nearby attractions was very useful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better. The selection was limited and there were no vegetarian or vegan options.
